  Over the last year I have yet to actually get what I have ordered at this particular Burger King. Mainly it's been the drinks , if you go through the drive up and order a Diet Coke you will get a caffeine-free Diet Coke. After making sure that I have specified that I would like a regular Diet Coke not caffeine free more times than I can count and still getting it I've given up. According to the area supervisor the manager at this particular Burger King claims that the reason for caffeine free diet coke to be at the window as they have had so many requests for it more than they get for regular diet coke... I find that extremely hard to believe and would love to talk to some of these people. The reason though for the abysmal rating for this particular Burger King is this as well as missed items from about every other order last time was when I ordered I never 2 combo along with just a single junior Whopper and a drink didn't receive it was charged for it and I am just fed up. All I can say is that the food I've received has been very good when I received it the service though is lacking from what I can only assume is bad training. Just one man's opinion

  In the store for 20 mins waiting on foot, had to argue because of price. The manager told me I had 14 dollars worth of food when I had 8. And it was so dirty I didn't even get a drink. But the food was good so I give it a 2

  Had an issue waiting on our food tonight. Manager was quick to come take care of the problem. Food was excellent, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because we waited way too long. The crew that was there tonight handled things very well!
